v1.16 — August 2026

This release puts AI at the heart of the editor, strengthens execution visibility and improves the version history: AI workflow design chat with testing and statistics tools, Anthropic provider on the AI Agent node, business metadata on nodes, version comparison, multi-status filters and duration sorting in traces.

Documentation: Use the workflow editor · AI Agent node · Workflow version management · Traces

New features

Business metadata on nodes

  • Each node of a workflow can carry a Business metadata field: a free annotation (reference, integration context, such as an email, an identifier, an iteration value) visible on each node in traces in Standard, Complete and Performance tracing modes (on nodes in error) — see Use the workflow editor.

Version history — compare versions

  • Viewing changes: the version history lets you see what changed between two versions of a workflow — see Workflow version management.

Editor — search in the workflow

  • Ctrl/Cmd + F lets you search for a node by name or by a value it contains in the editor canvas — see Use the workflow editor.

AI workflow design chat

  • Workflow design AI: the new workflow plan AI is now accessible directly in the workflow chat and on Chat Ecosystem. Describe the business goal, exchange with the AI to build and adjust the workflow structure. You can also send it files — see Chat Ecosystem assistant.

Traces — filters and sorting

  • Multi-status selection: filter the trace list on several statuses at once (success + running, etc.) — see View traces.
  • Sort by duration: sort the trace list by execution duration, ascending or descending — see View traces.
  • Execution node sorting: in a trace's details, workflow steps can be sorted by duration to quickly identify bottlenecks — see Analyze an execution.

Improvements

Copy the path of a context value

  • From the test panel or when viewing the context, copy the path of a value in one click (e.g. data.orderId) to reuse it in your variables — see Use the workflow editor.

Code node — full screen and editor

  • Full screen mode in the Code node: comfortably develop your scripts across the full height of the screen.
  • Sticky scroll: the editor's header lines stay visible while the code scrolls.

AI Agent node — Anthropic provider

  • Anthropic joins the providers available on the AI Agent node (Gemini, OpenAI, Mistral and now Anthropic) — your workflows can use Claude or Anthropic-compatible models.

ForEach node — variable batch size

  • The batch size of the ForEach node can now be defined by a variable (dictionary or context) instead of a fixed value — adjust the load without reconfiguring the node on every environment change.

Other improvements

  • Trigger search: search now works with special characters (., -, _, accents, etc.) — see Manage triggers.
  • Send AWS SQS node: the queue URL field accepts a dictionary variable and no longer requires the .fifo suffix for dynamic URLs.
  • Scheduler trigger: explicit expression validation — an invalid expression is clearly flagged on input ("CRON expression not valid").
  • OAuth 2 — Authentication method types: the scope is sent only when filled in. Sending multiple scopes has also been improved.

Fixes

  • Triggers: name validation is applied when updating a trigger — a duplicated name is rejected just like at creation.
  • While node: the execution duration no longer grows abnormally with the number of iterations — see the While node.
  • The cancel-changes pop-up now offers an explicit "Exit without saving" button, clearer than a plain "Cancel", to distinguish continuing the edit from discarding the changes — see Use the workflow editor.

General stability

Beyond the fixes listed above, this release includes graceful shutdown improvements for workers: running executions are stopped cleanly during a platform restart. A set of cross-cutting fixes (editor, traces, workers, collaboration) aims for a more reliable day-to-day experience, without changing the behavior of workflows already in production.
